On October 6th, 2009 an evening full of IEM follow-up activities was organised. The activities took place in Bangkok, since many experts were there for the International Conference on Nutrition in Bangkok (4-9 Oct, 2009). During dinner, we enjoyed the food that we prepared and listened to various science presentations: - Fat quality of the diet, speaker Ms C. Diekman - Consumer understanding of fat quality of the diet, speaker Dr J. Wills - Outcomes of the IEM in Barcelona, speaker Prof P. Puska - What happened after the IEM in Barcelona, speaker Prof B.
